These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourChecks website, platform, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are offered to business owners and operators. Access is by application and may be granted, declined, or revoked at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and for keeping it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
Certain features and tiers require payment. Prices shown are starting rates and may vary based on your business, usage, and selected add-ons; final pricing is confirmed at onboarding. Fees are billed on the schedule presented at signup. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing members' rates are handled in accordance with their agreements.
YourChecks provides software tools and may facilitate access to bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and advisory services. Information provided through the Services is for general business purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice unless expressly delivered as a professional engagement. You remain responsible for your own compliance and business decisions.
The Services, including all software, content, branding, and design, are owned by YourChecks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, though certain provisions survive.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourChecks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which YourChecks is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
